It could be worse. We could be stuck in the middle of a terrible snow storm. But instead, in California, we enjoy nothing but the best of brisk weather. Sometimes we will be so bold as to call it “freezing outside” and then get in our cars and crank the heat up to full blast. I consider all this as I sip my 2nd cup of decaf in the morning, but still I wish summer would hurry up and get here.

I miss summer, too! (I'm totally craving sandal weather.) Then again, I also miss California :.)
Oh I know: I keep looking through summer pictures to try to keep the spirits up!
as I watch the golf ball-size snowflakes out my window right now you can't even imagine how much I want summer!
that dog is adorable!
I am in the middle of "white-out" blizzard conditions. I once dared to say that it doesn't really snow in Maryland. Boy was I wrong! I'm missing summer, for sure!
I am of the mindset that Winter is for snowing. If it isn't going to snow here, then dag nab it, Summer better hurry up.
Here in NJ we are experiencing our third snow storm this season! California is sounding good about now!
It is 25 degrees in St. Louis today. I am right there with you praying for summer!
FREAKING DITTO!!! Just be thankful you don't work outside in this weather. Last night I was out in the freezing, pouring rain, kicking tires and having to take notes on a soggy folded up piece of paper I kept cramming back into my pocket. 30 minutes of that resulted in my hands cramping up like an arthritic seamstress', the lining of the arms on my waterproof jacket somehow collecting (but not absorbing) enough water to fill a couple of coffee mugs, and the front of my jeans being completely sodden and COLD for the rest of the evening. Why only the front and not the back of my jeans got wet is a completely mystery to me.
Still, I should look on the bright side: I get to do it all again tonight! Woo hoo! (Spring is just NOT getting here soon enough for me.)
I guess the rain gods had mercy on me tonight. 🙂
Yay MunkyBt! 🙂
And I thought SOME people liked winter… but maybe deep down inside everyone really likes it warm 😛
I think the summer of 2010 will be another good one for you! And I am so hoping for spring, you have no idea (as we are forced to stay home for the second day due to a driving ban for non-emergency purposes in the entire state).
