Who were you in high school?

Recently my ten-year high school reunion came and went. I didn't go, but it got me thinking about high school and how, looking back, a lot of the high school stereotypes in movies are completely true. At our school we had jocks, nerds, popular kids, goths, skaters, and band geeks to name off a few. I was a nerd (which I'll happily admit) who took AP classes, did all my homework and extra credit, played tennis, volunteered, and co-founded a new club with my cousin Nathalie. I even wore super thick glasses! I wear contacts now, but I still feel like a huge nerd and would totally do extra credit if my boss assigned any. Sometimes I'll meet a really nice person who'll admit she was the mean girl in high school who tormented everybody else which is always surprising.

What were you like in high school? Do you feel like you've changed since then?

My sophomore year of high school, My friend I started a club called SADA, "Students Against Drugs and Alcohol." Definitely wouldn't be coined the most popular group in school, let alone most popular people. haha I honestly don't know how to define myself the rest of my high school years after I switched schools, but I did get "Most Unique" in my senior yearbook. Good or bad, not sure? haha

Theresa, your friend is awesome-- I totally would have joined that club! And I always thought getting Most-Anything in the yearbook was really cool :)
