The Summer Wardrobe Dilemma

A friend once told me that she had considered having her sweat glands (or whatever it is that delivers the sweat to the surface of our skin) re-routed from her hands (she had a really bad hand sweating problem) to her back. The sweat had to go somewhere, and she thought it might be less noticeable behind her. When I heard this, the first thing that popped in my mind was not You can do that? but I understand. This is because I, too, am plagued with a really bad sweating problem. It can be remedied during hot weather by wearing nothing but the lightest of tank tops and my ratty blue workout shorts. But, you see, herein is the challenge: beat up workout shorts do not make for the best outfit posts. So as much as I love summer, I must say that cooler fall styles are beginning to catch my eye already. Ruffles and fall cardigans, anyone?

I agree. I'm over summer, it needs to be fall already!

I have the problem where if it gets too hot my midsection sweats. It's quite unbecoming! I always have to make sure I layer or wear black or a really light color shirt if I know I'm going to have that problem. Super annoying!

Love the ruffly shirt, but don't hurry summer out of here yet, please! Way too soon it'll be cold and (here at least) snowy again. I've heard that you can do certain things to decrease the sweating of feet and hands...like soaking them in tea. (I could see that for feet but your hands might turn brown).

I can totally relate to this. Summertime means I want to wear sweaters and tights, wintertime means I want to wear nothing (but not really.)

By the way, when you get your blog all done up fancy like, you should have them make you a button so other people can link to your blog from theirs, like I want to do. It would make my life easier. Thanks.
