I love rhinestone necklaces (as seen here and here and all over my accessories Pinterest board) so this DIY painted necklace got my attention right away. It’d be a really fun and easy project–all you do is paint select rhinestones with different colored nail polishes. Surprisingly, her necklace is from Forever 21. I can never seem to find anything so pretty for a bargain, but if I did, I’d be tempted to paint mine orange and pink. Would you try it?
