2 weeks on, 1 week off, lather, rinse and repeat — that is how Alan’s chemotherapy goes. He is now about six weeks into the 6-month stint, and this weekend coincided with one of his off weeks. Because of that, we decided to get outside and enjoy what might possibly be the last weekend of 90 degree weather for the rest of this year.

(a) That water is so reflective! Very cool.
(b) Alan looks pretty healthy in his photos! I'm sure you're happy to see him getting out into the sun.
(c) Wicked is SO amazing. I hope you had a great time!!! I've seen in twice (Chicago & London), and I'd see it again in a heartbeat. (You got a great price, too!)
Alan is so cute! I just want to squeeze him!
Beautiful water pictures! We're in the 50s & 60s here now (Ohio), so I'd be wearing a few more clothes in those photos,…
Sounds like a good weekend. Definitely one to be treasured. I concur with Rachel, he is a cutie..
It's the 5th grade pose that did it, isn't it? ;P
Yes. I love how he smiles with his eyes and doesn't show teeth. His hair is so boyish! You're lucky you have such a photogenic (and willing!) model/boyfriend.
Alan looks fantastic. I am glad you got to get out and enjoy some time together. The next rainy day you need to rent Dirty Dancing and enjoy that together as well. I can't believe you have never seen that movie!
That's what everyone says! It must be a good movie — I will have to check it out sometime.
I loved Wicked! Glad you got to go. Also, that "bird watching" pic is cool!
