Do you bake special Christmas cookies this time of year? We’ve been eating nothing but persimmon cookies lately (with no complaints), but I’d also love to decorate some sugar cookies in festive shapes. I’m drawing inspiration from these cute cookies from Two Hearts Bakery — Russian nesting doll cookies and gingerbread boy s’mores, chocolate-dipped graham crackers with a marshmallow filling.

Those doll cookies are so cute! Every year the girls in my family make and decorate a bunch of sugar cookies. They never look as professional as those dolls but they taste great!
Please do a how-to on those cookies! They looks so delish!
I DO bake cookies, that's when I start to feel the season! Those cookies in your pictures are really adorable!! Probably a lot more work than I'm going to do though. I even stopped the gingerbread cut-outs because it takes so much longer to roll and cut them…much quicker to dollop teaspoons of dough on the sheets, isn't it?
