gym aversion? I wasn't kidding—I don't even remember the last time I was in a gym. But if there is exercise that can be done from the convenience of my living room, I'm all for it. Lately I've been reading Tone It Up, founded by Karena and Katrina, and doing a bunch of their exercise routines. I think it's important to find "trainers" whom you find motivating and personable, and I love them!
First of all, they're total beach babes who remind you how important it is to exercise and eat right (at least if you want to have abs like that—hot dang!), and secondly, it's so cute that they're best friends who live by the beach with mermaid hair. They kind of ooze fun—right now they're in Puerto Rico for a shoot and they just wrapped another in Hawaii. They also provide tons of great, free resources like printable workouts, videos to show you exactly how to do the printable workouts, and—my new favorite—a full-length workout DVD.
