Have you gone to the pumpkin patch, yet? We went this weekend and got ready by bundling up in boots and elbow-patch sweaters (you know, to make it an official autumn adventure). On the way there, we stopped at an apple orchard for just-baked apple pie and ate it among hay stacks. It felt like fall (minus the crazy warm weather, haha). After the pumpkin patch, we immediately stripped off our layers and drove home in our t-shirts and tank tops. Gotta love California!
Dried strawberry corn would be pretty for a festive tablescape.
Goblin eggs seem to be the new pumpkins in town. They’re pretty cute, huh?
I picked a blue pumpkin, Sophie picked a pink one and Jordan went with a traditional orange. 🙂
Ooohh I wish we had Californian Weather here in Germany! Now I miss it even more! Love the pumpkin pictures! I started cooking pumpkin soups a month ago and I'm going crazy with experimenting with all the different flavours 🙂
Maybe when I visit San Jose the next time, we could meet for a coffee 🙂
Love, Sara
Yes, let's! Let me know when you're in town! Ali said she wants to go too 🙂
Love your pants! Would you mind sharing where you got them? Also, I found your blog because I was looking for an Old Navy tan sweater with black polka dots, is that something you still have for sale? Or did I stumble across the wrong blog?
Anyway, it's great to see a fellow local girl with such a great blog! 🙂
Hi Linda,
Thanks for reading and leaving a note! The pants are actually my sister's. She got them from H&M this month 🙂
Are you talking about this sweater in this post? I didn't actually have it listed for sale, but if you're really interested, just let me know! (I know how it is to have your eye on a specific piece!)
